Alco Asset Management serves as the asset management arm of Alco Investment Company, a fifth-generation, privately held family business based in Federal Way, Washington. We focus on commercial real estate with majority control of core assets and partner where alignment creates additional value, and we extend the platform through private real asset lending and selective angel and venture investments. Our purpose is to preserve and grow capital through long-term stewardship, disciplined operations, prudent risk management, and trusted relationships built on transparency and integrity.

With a value approach, we seek properties to acquire and hold on to long-term, often with no exit strategy.  We offer the ability to consider properties that cannot be traditionally financed, focusing on properties that are undervalued due to poor management or in need of capital improvements.  We leverage relationships with brokers, developers, and the real estate community to find the opportunities that meet our investment goals and welcome both publicly marketed sales and private offerings.
